PHI Mask browser OCR third-party notices

Text in images and scanned pages is read in the browser by Indra OCR, running on
ONNX Runtime Web. These components are included:

- Indra OCR model files (det, rec, order, orient, script, rec_cjk, rec_rtl and
  rec_world, with meta.json), from Datalab:
  https://huggingface.co/datalab-to/indra-ocr, revision
  bd02167fdf2005a19962cc15188f8496a2c87d3b (indra-ocr 1.1.2). The files are
  unmodified. They are licensed under the AI Pubs Open RAIL-M License
  (Modified), version 0.1, which is distributed with them at
  /assets/indra-ocr/bd02167f/LICENSE. Use of the model files is subject to the
  use-based restrictions in paragraph 5 and Attachment A of that licence, and
  PHI Mask's Commercial Terms of Service pass them on to its users, at
  https://phimask.com/commercial#indra-ocr-license. This notice does not
  suggest that Datalab endorses PHI Mask.
- The TypeScript port in src/mask-data/indra/, which PHI Mask wrote from the
  code of indra-ocr 1.1.2 (Datalab, https://github.com/datalab-to/indra),
  licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The Python code is translated
  to TypeScript and runs on ONNX Runtime Web. The complete licence is
  distributed at /third-party/apache-2.0.txt.
- ONNX Runtime Web 1.31.1 (onnxruntime-web), which runs the models in
  WebAssembly on one thread: ort.wasm.min.mjs, ort-wasm-simd-threaded.mjs and
  ort-wasm-simd-threaded.wasm, at /assets/onnxruntime-web/1.31.1/. Licensed
  under the MIT License, Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation. The package
  publishes no licence file, so the text is distributed at
  /third-party/onnxruntime-web-mit.txt.
