Moving your personal plan to a clinic-paid seat

When your clinic takes over your seat, PHI Mask refunds the unused prepaid time on your personal purchase.

PHI Mask will prorate and refund unused prepaid time on each personal purchase when the clinic takes over the seats.

Three steps

  1. The clinic buys yearly seats (see Buying seats) and gives you your key.
  2. Open PHI Mask from the browser toolbar, open the plan badge, choose Use a different key, paste the clinic key and press Activate.
  3. Send your personal Stripe invoice number through the request form and start the message with “Clinic takeover refund”. The number is in your receipt email. Never send card details, PHI or original files.

We refund the unused time on your personal purchase. The refund is separate from the clinic's invoice.
